Glacis Labs site
Glacis Labs builds Web3 products for developers. It is infrastructure you do not really see: routers, protocols, and liquidity pools working behind every cross-chain operation. Explaining how it all works is hard, but that is exactly the job of both the marketing site and me.

A bit more context
The site's audience is developers and potential partners who need to quickly understand how everything works and feel motivated to integrate. The site has to work both as a marketing tool and as a technical entry point into the ecosystem.
Solution
I put animation at the center of each product page as the main way to explain the complicated mechanics. Glacis Core shows how a message moves from one chain to another through the router. The hero animation is more pretty than truly explanatory, so I backed it up with feature animations for Abstraction, Redundancy, Retry Management, and Modular Security. These are interactive diagrams for digging deeper into specific use cases.
AirLift is the token path through burn -> bridge -> mint across different chains, all from one interface. The second animation goes deeper into the architecture, showing the full flow from User/dApp to receiving the token on the destination chain.
ZeroDelta shows how tokens move between User -> Pool -> Merchant / Receiver. I came up with the idea and structure for every animation myself, then handed execution over to the motion designer with a detailed spec.

Not animated yet and still full of lorem ipsum. We are still working on this page and the new site structure.
This is how I handed specs over to the animator: with motion logic, comments, and sometimes full storyboards.
Ecosystem Page
Glacis supports dozens, maybe hundreds, of tokens, chains, and routes. The task was to give users a tool to check a specific combination. I designed a widget with cascading filtering: three columns, Tokens / Chains / Routes, working independently but in sync. You can pick just a token and instantly see all supported chains and routes for it. Pick only a chain and get the supported tokens and route options. Token + chain shows every possible route between them. You can also search directly by route, Source -> Destination. Every combination produces its own result, all inside one component and in just a couple of clicks.
Outcome
Here is the marketing site we ended up with. I built it from scratch and scaled it up over time; we are already working on version three because the company keeps growing. I figured out how to visualize abstract cross-chain processes and explain tricky product logic to the audience. I also designed the interactive widget for the Ecosystem page, a single component that brings hundreds of token, chain, and route combinations down to a couple of clicks.
